Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 60 calendar days from the date your order is delivered. All returned items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Used, damaged, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective upon receipt.
Refund Processing Timeline
Once we receive, inspect and approve your returned merchandise, your refund will be initiated. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect back to your original payment account after approval.
Currency Note
All refunds will be issued in United States Dollars (USD) only, based on the original amount you paid at checkout. Any currency conversion fees incurred by your bank are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Unless your items are defective or shipped incorrectly by our side, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not cover return postage fees for voluntary returns.
Partial & Denied Refunds
Refunds may be partially adjusted or declined if returned goods show signs of wear, missing packaging, stains, or incomplete accessories. We will email you a clear explanation if your return request is rejected.
