Order Processing Period
After your payment is successfully verified and confirmed, our warehouse team will start sorting, inspecting and packing your purchased items immediately. All in-stock orders will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that weekends and official public holidays are excluded from the processing timeline, which may lead to minor delays in shipment arrangement. We will carefully check product integrity, packaging completeness and order matching before dispatching each parcel to avoid wrong item delivery or missing accessories.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your package leaves our warehouse, the standard transit time is estimated between 6 and 12 business days. Delivery duration could be slightly extended under special circumstances, including unexpected logistics backlogs, customs routine inspection, remote area transportation arrangements, extreme weather influences, or unforeseen carrier operational adjustments. We do not guarantee an exact delivery date, but we will keep the whole transportation process as efficient as possible.
Shipping Fee Rule
We provide free shipping service for all products listed on our website. There are no hidden shipping charges, surcharges, handling fees or additional logistics expenses added during checkout. Regardless of your order quantity or total order value, you will not be charged any shipping cost when completing payment.
Package Tracking Notice
Right after your order is shipped, a dedicated tracking number together with a tracking inquiry guide will be sent to your registered email address automatically. You can enter the tracking number on the designated logistics webpage to check real-time transit location, delivery progress and relevant update information of your parcel at any time.
Address Modification Reminder
If you need to adjust your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible before your package is dispatched. Once the parcel has been handed over to the logistics provider, address changes will no longer be available to prevent delivery failure or package loss.
Undeliverable Packages
In cases where packages cannot be successfully delivered due to incorrect recipient address, unreachable contact phone number, failed customs clearance caused by buyer-related reasons, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse automatically. Related extra logistics expenses generated from return transportation will not be covered by our store.
